Saprea Support Groups

Saprea Support Group is a Saprea service. It provide an opportunity for survivors of child sexual abuse to gather as a community, to share, talk and strengthen users in their healing journey.

Project Key Points:

Why?

In February of 2022, The Younique Foundation rebranded to Saprea. This transition provided an opportunity to rebrand the current website for support groups, previously known as Finding Hope Support Groups.

My Role as Designer

• Brand exploration.

• Focus group research.

• Site structure evaluation: user account research, app development research.

• Wireframe, prototype, and build of site utilizing Cornerstone Theme builder.

• Development of template library to help ensure continuity and consistency across the new site build.

• Photography for support group brand assets.

Research - Brand

Find a way to distinct the support group service from the main brand. Propose several way with different emphasis.

Research - usability

Question our audience to find out what's working, and what's not. Question service stakeholders team to find where they want to orient this service in future.

Strategy - planning

Research which is best support. App, minimal website, website with a login portal... Provide expertise on timeframe/budget for every supports.

Conception - Userflow

Define specifications, and steps.
List every screens, every event. Highlight which steps will need extra attention or exterior intervention (developers).

Define macro organisation. Set up hierarchy, schedule changes in content. Articulate and connect every screens together.

Provide any useful information for content team to build every materials and text. Discuss together on different treatments depending on content need.

Insure continuity through every service aspect. Make sure every individuals of the team will be able to work autonomously.

Build - nocode

Use Wordpress and Cornerstone to build the whole site. Set up a dynamic architecture to gain time with content, and production. Make it accessible to the whole team to collaborate on it.
